The Beehouse Recording Studio Experience Voucher costs £199.75, and affords you five hours in a professional recording studio. This can be used either to record clarinet music directly to CD as is, or you can learn to record clarinet lines to your favourite music, or to learn more about how clarinet lines work within a modern track. In addition, the studio has a woodwind simulator which may be used to record clarinet voices direct to midi, ans change styles of voice and features of your performance. You can even have a keyboard based clarinet experience if you wish, learning to set clarinet lines to well known tracks or your own compositions. And you take home a commercial CD of your recordings as a wonderful souvenir of your time at the Beehouse

Your clarinet Recording Studio Experience Day at the Beehouse

Your brilliant day begins when you arrive at the Beehouse, and meet the team. A brief chat follows during which we introduce ourselves and find out something about you and your interest in clarinet and other music. You may wish to have a cup of tea or something else, although by that stage, you'll realise that recording at the Beehouse is a very relaxed event, and the agenda will be set largely by you.

Then into the studio, where your tracks have already been loaded.

Phil will work with you through your numbers, and the atmosphere is light and enjoyable. As you work, you get to hear elements to the finished product, and can walk through into the main studio to listen and contribute to ideas for improvement, changes etc, and see how all those buttons work!

If you run out of material during your clarinet recording studio experience we can download or source other tracks in minutes to make the most of your day.

During the last hour you can relax in the studio lounge whilst Phil brings your recording together, and your disc is personalised to your taste.

You then leave with a fantastic clarinet "album" to listen to - and hopefully a CD player in the car!
