What's special about the Beehouse?
The Beehouse isn't just another name in a glossy parade of gift experience websites. At the Beehouse we provide a wide variety of music experiences from our wealth of experience as a commercial studio and as musicians. We are a warm, friendly environment, and our studio engineer, Phil, is not only very patient with new singers and performers, but will work tirelessly and with a great respect for the end product you're trying to achieve. You may wish to try out singing, guitar, backing vocals, classical styles, DJ production, engineering, songwriting, or any other one of our multitude of experience days, for solo or group artists, and we will ensure that whatever you aim for, you will come away with a great disc, and experience something of the real day to day life of a recording studio, as well as lots of fun.
Where are we?
We are in a wonderfully scenic location near to Welshpool on the Wales Shropshire border, not far from Oswestry and Shrewsbury, which is just great for Birmingham, Shropshire, Cheshire and the Midlands in general. The postcode is SY22 5JG.

What do we offer?
Our day offers either three or five hours of studio time with a professionally cut CD at the end of the time. Vouchers are flexible so that even if you book for one type of recording such as singing to backings, you can still change your mind and opt for another such as a DJ experience, songwriting or production
Staff
Our main engineer, Phil, has twenty-five years' recording experience under his belt, and ten years in the recording studio experience field. Flexible and versatile enough to cater for any requirements, he has the great experience and interpersonal skills to make you feel at home and bring out the best in you.
Specialisms are dance, rock, folk and vocal harmony, but he is equally at ease with any project, whether simply singing to backings or recording a jazz band. Check the comments of some artists who have recorded with us.
Jane has ten years experience in the studio and a strong background in arrangement, production, classical and neo-classical styles and
data management.
With a combination of keyboards, piano, guitar, bass guitar, wind instruments, and a knowledge and familiarity with most instruments, plus great drum programming skills, production of original material is handled with skill and enjoyment.
The Beehouse has worked with customers of all ages, and from all different backgrounds. Relaxation is a key issue for us, and most customers are very surprised by how at home they feel in the recording environment after a very short space of time, and how great communication skills allow our staff to produce products of a highly professional nature in a relatively short space of time.
